JOB DETAILS             
This role will support the Finished Goods Supply Planning Team in managing the international supply plans of finished goods, to ensure demand is met and inventory levels are maintained. The position is located in London and will report to the Associate Director, Commercial Supply Chain Planning based in London, UK.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
General responsibilities:
•Timely and accurate delivery of key tasks to enable efficient and reliable supply operations
•Act responsibly and with initiative on independent activities
•Be the Supply Chain contact on a specific set of topics, with both internal stakeholders and with contract manufacturing/logistics suppliers
•Utilizes appropriate software and IT systems to effectively manage day-to-day activities
Operational responsibilities:
•Executes and distributes reports by specific deadlines
•Owns data maintenance for specific processes
•Analyzes data and ensures accuracy before sharing
•Supports data gathering, manipulation and circulation
•Executes a set of transactions, in multiple systems
•Works within the GxP regulations framework (training will be provided)

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
•Understanding or experience of large corporate environment
•Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (written/oral)
•Displays ability to multi-task and, with guidance, prioritize assigned work in a fast-paced environment
•Team player that can demonstrate a can-do attitude in supporting the company wider goals
•Possesses ability to manage own workload
•A fast learner, curious and proactive in expanding his/her professional know-how
•Analytical thinking and detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
•Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
•Comfortable with evolving responsibilities and structure
