We currently have a great opportunity for a Showroom Manager to join the highly successful team. You will be responsible for driving the success of the showroom as well as growing and developing the existing team.
Here’s what we’d like you to have:
1. Effective leadership skills – able to engage motivate and develop colleagues.
2. Ability to drive business targets, processes and improve performance.
3. Will be able to identify when a customer needs advice or guidance, would welcome development suggestions to meet their goal
4. Ability to discuss customer ideas, flesh out suggestions, describe product, identify opportunities for extra sales and develop the ability to make judgements on the closest product match to the customer needs
5. Support the overall network plumbing sales objective
