We are looking for a competitive retail Sales Assistant to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. Sales Assistant duties include selling, restocking and merchandising. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximisation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
2. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
3. Maintain a fully stocked store.
4. Ascertain customers’ needs and wants.
5. Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
6. Welcome and greet customers.
7. Manage point-of-sale processes.
8. Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments.
Skills and Requirements:
1. Proven working experience in retail sales.
2. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
3. Proficiency in English.
4. Track record of over-achieving sales quota.
5. Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Customer service focus.
