JOB DETAILS             
We are currently seeking a Research Associate to support our strong research and investment strategy function, which serves as a key competitive advantage for the firm, helping us to use data and research to select the most attractive investment opportunities.

Role & responsibilities:
•Maintaining and updating internal global macro trends database;
•Leading periodic investigations into macroeconomic and market trends;
•Leading the production of periodic investor letters, company research blog posts, and broader research content and publications;
•Producing content for investor slide decks and annual meeting materials;
•Leading investigation into new investment strategies and markets, including preparation of market research reports;
•Presenting and explaining proprietary research to the investment team to guide investment strategies and acquisitions; and
•Translating research into visuals and narratives for internal and external purposes

Skills Required
•Excellent critical thinking and writing skills.
•Ability to use data and research to construct logical arguments.
•Learning mindset and openness to intellectual challenges.
•Strong diligence and deep attention to detail.
•Skilled in understanding and manipulating numerical data.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
