JOB DETAILS
We require a project coordinator who will be an integral member of the administration team and will play a key part in the smooth and efficient running of our projects.
Responsibilities:
•Compile and analyse weekly reports of profitability and staff utilisation
•Minute weekly team meetings to review ongoing actions across billable and non-billable tasks
•Team resource tracking
•Assist with business development proposals and business development systems
•Use initiative to develop/optimise systems
•Support projects as required with ad hoc tasks/documentation
•Be a focal point for the team for administrative and business support matters
•Creating and sending invoices to our clients
•Analysing the KPI’s
•Setting up and controlling company projects
•Manage project schedule and budget, ensuring that both are met.
•Assist management of company ISO9001 system and updating of template documents for use by projects teams
Required:
•Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel
•Confident and able to work using initiative to coordinate and collaborate
•Team player
•Good communication skills.
•Fluent English (spoken and written)
