JOB DETAILS             
We are looking for Programme Lead to lead the transition process as a new charity entity is incorporated to run the initiative.

Key responsibilities include:
•Project Manage the transition process into the new charity organisation
•Work directly with the Director of Finance and Operations to lead the transition process and provide regular updates and reports;
•Act as a liaison between all Partners, senior stakeholders and the project leads of the transition to flag needs, requirements and risks during the transition process and ensure all parties are aligned;
•Chair and co-ordinate Steering Committee meetings and meetings with project leads;
•Prepare and deliver presentations and documentation for meetings;
•Coordinate the work of the project leads (HR, Grants, Finance, Technology and Legal) to deliver on the transition plan in a swift manner; and support them to plan, resource and implement each workstream;
•Maintain and follow up the communication and meetings rhythms set to work on transition with project leads and key stakeholders;
•Identify and escalate any gaps in the transition process;
•Coordinate and lead stakeholder meetings across all partners and guide discussions to achieve general agreements;

Essential skills and experience needed:
•Experience in cross-border mergers, acquisitions or spin-offs. NGO experience would be advantageous
•Excellent interpersonal, communication, engagement and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders
•Expertise in project managing global transition programmes
•Sound knowledge of roles and responsibilities of operating units within organizations
•Confident in drafting documents, presenting and communicating with staff at every level of an organization
•Strong analytical skills
•Good time management and organisational skills
