JOB DETAILS             
Key Responsibilities
•To observe and operate in accordance with Heath and Safety regulations as laid down in company procedures and Government legislation to ensure the safety and wellbeing of employees, workers and visitors
•Implement a customer focussed operational culture
•Soldering and wiring of cable harness assemblies and connectors.
•Moulding (Rubber Mould or Polyurethane) of cable assemblies and connectors
•Work within the team performing the various stages of production as defined by the Tyco Electronics Operating Advantage (Lean Manufacturing), Quality, Safety, Company Procedures and Industry Standards.
•To ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with the appropriate company procedures.

Essential Knowledge
•Ability to Solder
•Basic Cable Preparation
•Good hand-to-eye Co-ordination
•Ability to read and follow engineering assembly drawings, work instructions and quality standards.
•Experience of working within an ISO9001 Quality Management System environment.
