• Manage client on-boarding, including setting up remote on-boarding services.
• Handle financial tasks, issuing invoices, and managing overdue payments.
• Assist in HR functions such as tracking holidays and recruitment support.
• Oversee marketing and communication channels.
• Handle administrative tasks and maintain office supplies.
• Contribute to our firm's culture, compliance, and professional development efforts.
• Assist with projects and be part of improving processes for the firm.
Candidate Requirements
• Strong administrative/PA experience gained in a Law Firm.
• Demonstrated experience in core role functions.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
• Positive attitude and adaptability
• Assist with projects and be part of improving processes for the firm.
