We are looking for a Home Insurance Sales Manager to join our team. We are a growing company that is looking for career minded professionals that are looking to grow with us.

Responsibilities:
Manage a growing team of Home Insurance Sales Consultants
•Ensure all sales consultants are providing customers are insured and have the best possible experience by responding to customer inquiries and providing information on claims in a timely manner, processing claims, responding to customer concerns and resolving issues over the phone or via email.
•Ensure the team follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
•Ensure the team take the initiative in contacting customers with missing or missing information.
•Develop the teams market and product knowledge.
•Manage and take responsibility for performance through utilisation of different systems, utilising and interpreting.

Requirements :
•Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
•Have the ability to build rapport with the team, customers and the ability to problem solve
•Must have insurance industry experience in a sales management capacity
•Home Insurance experience is very much an advantage but sales experience is the driving factor
