JOB DETAILS             
We are looking for an enthusiastic Employability & Skills Trainer to join our Education & Skills Team. This dynamic role will include the creation and delivery of employability & life skills based workshops and social action opportunities across a number of different projects to a diverse range of young people.

Job description
•    To plan and deliver employability workshops inclusive of, but not limited to mock interviews, preparation for interviews, CV writing, venue booking, session planning, and equipment resourcing
•    To liaise with external partners to assist the delivery of employability workshops
•    To establish and maintain positive and supportive relationships with young people, whilst ensuring workshop capacity targets are achieved
•    To contact, communicate and support young people based on Trainer delivery procedures and processes
•    Manage your individual budget, ensuring budget lines are managed effectively and used to achieve desired outcomes
•    Apply learning from young person feedback, monthly data reports, team meetings and quality assurance to make improvements in the planning, design and delivery of Education & Skills services
•    To convert young people from referral through to engagement on employability workshops
•    To recruit targeted young people within allocated areas of the community; Parks and Open Spaces and other suitable environments
