4. Plan inspections and obtain construction permits from local authorities.
5. Implement safety and quality guidelines.
6. Ensure the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly.
7. Resolve on-site issues and emergencies.
8. Estimate costs and ensure the project is on budget.

Skills & Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a construction superintendent or in a similar role.
2. Knowledge of local quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sites.
3. In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes.
4. Proficiency in MS Office.
5. Organizational and time-management skills.
6. Familiarity with CAD software.
