Responsibilities

  • Undertake sessions according to the programme timetable and ensure classescommence at the designated times 
  • Provide options and realistic goalsthat take individual customers’ needs and abilities into account 
  • Ensurethe efficient and effective operation of sessions, including equipment setup and take down
  •  Undertake all administrative tasks associated with theposition 
  • Assist in the communication and promotion of the centre’sservices 
  • Undertake all day to day cleaning and maintenance of theequipment and fittings, to the highest possible standards, bringing to theattention of the Centre Management any faults or major repairs 
  • Assistthe members of the public in their use of the facilities, encouragingmaximum usage
  • Assist in the envelopment of safe and effectiveprogramming through innovative ideas and initiating actions to meet thedemands of the customers
  •  Establish and maintain excellent relationshipswith our customers and potential customers
Requirements
  • Level 2Exercise to Music or Level 2 Fitness Instructing required.
  • Understanding of relevant health and safety legislation
  • Excellent communication skills, includinglistening, questioning and delivering effective feedback and the ability toquickly build trust and rapport with customers.
