Main Responsibilities

50% Manage all aspects of the Hill’s Science Plan brand management:

  • Develop annual brand plan, including promotions, coupons, new product launches and media investment
  • Manage launch of new products across all channels
  • Identify business growth drivers and develop strategies to grow sales and brand recommendation
  • Manage implementation of all EU regional IMC
  • Develop and implement brand support initiatives e.g. social media, digital content, track progress and measure ROI
  • Maintain up to date online content for Science Plan across all Hill’s sites and eComm retailer sites
  • Lead cross-functional team alignment on all activities and keep teams informed of progress
  • Own the Science Plan Brand P&L
  • Manage A&P spend and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure cross-functional teams are kept up to date on product changes, marketing resources and innovation

20% Manage consumer event calendar
  • Develop annual calendar of events to drive Hill’s brand awareness and acquisition
  • Manage all aspects of planning, implementation and measure ROI
  • Provide marketing support for customer trade events

20% Manage Direct Report
  • Motivate, mentor and empower Wellness Brand Manager to deliver against objectives

10% Manage all aspects of the Hill’s Ideal Balance brand management
  • Develop annual brand plan, including promotions and media investment

  • Ensure cross-functional teams are kept up to date on product changes, marketing resources and innovation
  • Support CDT in the planning and development of customer marketing activities

Personal Attributes
Education/Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of previous experience working in Marketing, Professional Marketing or Customer Marketing,
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing , Business or a related subject.

  • Advanced computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a task-oriented environment as well as effectively within a team
