Responsibilities

  • Develop sourcing strategies to identify regional talent.
  • Work collaboratively with senior leaders to plan and develop sourcing/recruitment strategies
  • Ensure our ATS (applicant tracking system) is leveraged appropriately
  • Lead and mentor regional team members
  • Maintain accurate reporting data to ensure team is executing against hiring goals
  • Directly responsible for full-life-cycle recruiting in certain countries
  • Work with the global team on projects and standardization policies
  • Build a strong employer brand to attract the right candidates and strategically source potential hires from diverse backgrounds
  • Develop and manage relationships with agencies, suppliers, education bodies and communities
  • Work with stakeholders across the business to ensure that recruitment solutions join up with other projects i.e. onboarding

Qualifications
  • Knowledge of best recruitment practice across the EMEA region in multiple countries
  • Works Council knowledge/experience
  • Significant recruitment experience within an in-house talent acquisition team
  • Ability to create, maintain and develop strong working relationships with all internal stakeholders
  • Business and commercial awareness in a cost focused environment
  • Ability to lead a high performing team
  • Experience of working with senior management teams being able to objectively challenge
