Responsibilities
- Introduce therapists to the unique philosophy of the brand.
- Educating therapists to the highest standard to ensure that they gain a full understanding of our products and treatments.
- Imparting knowledge in an enthusiastic and professional manner.
- Representing the professionalism of the company.
- Working to specific lesson plans with efficiency whilst ensuring therapists have an excellent grasp on training content.
- Providing facials to the press and to VIPs.
- Assisting with social media and blog content.
- Motivating attendees to transfer learning into improved in-salon performance.
- You must have a background as an experienced therapist.
- Beauty qualification to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
- Excellent communication Skills
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic and approachable
- Well organised and flexible
- Proven track record in sales is an advantage
- Training or mentoring experience
- The training centre is based out of our Flagship store in Kensington.
