Responsbilities

  • Making contact with existing companies and clients and promote additional service
  • Up sell other areas of the business
  • Arrange appointments for field sales team to go out and complete sale
  • Customer service, ensure customer is happy with current packages and services to then encourage additional products.
  • Utilise salesforce system to ensure information is captured correctly • Build pipeline business and managing time appropriately
  • Take inbound calls from current customers, or your own customers regarding the service and products
  • Liaise with outdoor senior management to understand and obtain business awareness and to discuss new large clients and create a strategy to convert.
Requirement
  • Previous outbound sales experience
  • Ability to overcome objections and set backs, and work as a team to achieve personal and team targets
  • Resilient
  • Self motivated and ability to work on your own initiative to achieve targets
  • Driven and motivated and able to achieve sales targets
