Responsbilities
- Making contact with existing companies and clients and promote additional service
- Up sell other areas of the business
- Arrange appointments for field sales team to go out and complete sale
- Customer service, ensure customer is happy with current packages and services to then encourage additional products.
- Utilise salesforce system to ensure information is captured correctly • Build pipeline business and managing time appropriately
- Take inbound calls from current customers, or your own customers regarding the service and products
- Liaise with outdoor senior management to understand and obtain business awareness and to discuss new large clients and create a strategy to convert.
- Previous outbound sales experience
- Ability to overcome objections and set backs, and work as a team to achieve personal and team targets
- Resilient
- Self motivated and ability to work on your own initiative to achieve targets
- Driven and motivated and able to achieve sales targets
