Responsibilities

  • The ADR Team Manager will manage the daily running of the ADR team including resource planning and applying strategies and operations
  • Managing the ADR team's daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly lead gen and outbound plan.
  • Coaching, training and driving sales through the telesales team effectively leading by example and making sales calls and generating sales leads.
  • Managing and setting the KPI's for the telesales team members and reviewing performance with Demand Gen Director.
  • Working closely with the marketing function and developing strong promotional plans to drive sales leads.
  • Maximising conversion rates from lead to SQL
  • Ensuring KPI’s are achieved Lead and coach the team effectively, work with management on continuous training
  • Forecasting and analysing data against targets on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Manage absence and resolve issues within the team
  • The successful ADR leader will have previous managerial or team leader experience within a target driven SaaS business/call centre /telesales team environment.
  • The individual will be an excellent communicator with the ability to drive and motivate the team to exceed and match companies levels of growth.
  • As an experienced Team Leader, you will have strong IT skills with experience using Salesforce and have the ability to analyse data, identify trends and anomalies and act upon them.
  • Trustworthy, professional and reliable when dealing with confidential information Strong presentation skills.
  • Experience of Social Selling and LinkedIn Sales Navigator desirable
