Responsibilities

Inventory Control

  • Ensures all stocktakes are accurately set up, variances are investigated, adjustments processed and stocktakes are confirmed and reported on, all within agreed time frames.
  • Ensures weekly RFID stocktake issues are investigated, recorded and reported on.
  • Manages record keeping for the Inventory Control Team.
  • Maintains Inventory Control Team procedures and systems.
  • Investigates stock system issues and proposes corrective actions.

Functional Support
  • Supports the development and implementation of all current and future Safety & Loss Programs and initiatives.
  • Supports Program & Analysis Team with data validation and analysis.
  • Supports Program & Analysis Team with project management and administration.

Requirements
  • Willing to travel occasionally.
  • Highly numerate.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent level of verbal and numerical reasoning.
  • Excellent time management, organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrates good attention to detail.
  • Strong and positive team player with good interpersonal skills, able to communicate at all levels.
  • Willingness for self-improvement and to undertake self-directed study.
  • Experienced PC user with thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse complex information and provide detailed reporting.
  • Ability to write clear procedures.
