Responsibilities
- Assisting with the production of marketing materials, including RFP’s and formatting PowerPoint presentations and liaising with key stakeholders across the business.
- Organising events/round tables/conferences and roadshows. Responsible for the smooth running of meetings, making sure any key questions/concerns/requests from Investors are noted and followed up on accordingly.
- Responsible for development of marketing briefs, scopes and timelines.
- Provide support to stakeholders and oversee project quality.
- Scheduling investor meetings and marketing road trips, including diary management.
- Process all expenses for the Managing Director.
- Maintain CRM database (Salesforce) ensuring data accuracy, running reports etc.
- Provide a wide range of ad-hoc duties.
- Undertaking research duties.
Requirement
- Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Salesforce (or similar CRM).
- Ability to priorities, multitasks, and follow up, whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A self-confident professional who thrives in a corporate and social environment, maintaining a high level of professionalism in all circumstances.
- Will be intuitive, proactive and comfortable partaking in meetings and discussions with people of all levels of seniority.
- Must work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Being highly reactive to any last-minute changes and situations that may arise.
- Time Management skill and ability to juggle multiple tasks throughout the work week.
- Timeliness: the ability to complete all tasks in a timely manner with an accurate final product.
