Responsibilities

• Manage Consumer assumption-based planning process and forecast data exchange between sales, supply chain and demand planners.
• Review, analyse and make recommendations to the Sales Channel Managers and business unit management in relation to customers, volume, gross margin of the SKUs sold and not sold. Identify new opportunities.
• Explore and deploy actions to improve the continual growth and share of market in line with the Company strategy.
• Support construction of the Annual Operating Plan providing any additional data analysis and recommendations as required.
• Assist with the preparation of sales data relevant to the sales incentive plan, ensuring both targets and actuals are captured and reported in a timely manner.

Skills, Experience & Education

• Degree in a commercially relevant subject.
• Strong blend of strategic and tactical acumen.
• Experience of dealing with external and internal customers.
• Advanced Excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables, formulas etc.)
• Advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Proficiency in full Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with SAP and EDW.
• Able to prioritise work activities.
• Constantly manage multiple priorities effectively and deliver on time to the highest standards.
• Ability to extract insight from data and then translate and communicate it into actionable activities.
• Effective team player with proven collaboration skills.
• Innovative and creative thinker - thinks 'outside the box'.
