Responsibilities

  • Ensure day-to-day effective operation of our website by conducting daily site maintenance and monitoring issues such as down-time, slow-loading pages and broken links
  • In addition to management of user access rights, this role will monitor and manage site security including running routine diagnostics, reviewing applications and hosting protocols to ensure site integrity
  • Work with external vendors and solution providers to ensure appropriate product selection and performance
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy of information on our website
  • Support updates to content strategy and implement required changes
  • Maximize SEO strategy and measuring effectiveness and monitor/analyze site performance (e.g. traffic, conversions)
  • Drive website development in adherence to brand identity standards by acting as a project manager to implement frequent updates, optimize site architecture to ensure information and features are easily located and leading and implementing new design systems
  • Work cross-functionally with multiple internal stakeholders including Corporate IT, Corporate Marketing, Executives, Sales, and People & Culture
  • Partner and communicate effectively with outside vendors and contractors

Skills & Qualifications
  • A BSc/BA in Computer Science, Design or a related field is strongly preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in roles such as Webmaster, UI /UX Designer, Web Designer etc.
  • Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS), Kentico CMS is a strong plus
  • Working knowledge of MVC .Net, HTML, Javascript, Bootstrap
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics (GA), Google Search Console (GSC) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) and familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMRush, MOZ, ahrefs etc
  • Demonstrated project management experience, with strong troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills
  • Familiarity with various web standards
  • Knowledge of how to configure web servers and be a server administrator
