Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for the Post Production Supervisors, Edit Assistants and Operational team.
- Provide strategic plans to support the continuously changing production and post-production environment, including workflows and technologies.
- Identify processes where new ways of working will deliver efficiencies.
- Working with a team of operational staff to ensure an informed and supportive production environment for the roll out of all new initiatives and change projects.
- Establish and maintain a network for communicating new developments, processes and methods which support continuous improvement and innovation.
- A wide knowledge of the production and post-production process and a solid understanding of technical workflows.
- A proven track record in managing and delivering change and innovation in a production environment.
- An excellent understanding of the business needs and experience of operating effectively in a similar environment.
- A proven track record of working in a collaborative nature across boundaries.
- Experience in analysing the impact of change and reporting effectively to senior management and other audiences.
- Solid negotiating skills and the ability to communicate new ways of working to production.
