Responsibilities
- To be responsible for compliance with Good Distribution/ Manufacturing Practice (GDP/GMP) across Supply Chain including teams involved in Procurement, holding and supply of medicines to customers (Distribution, Procurement, Purchasing and Customer Care)
- To be responsible for risk management activities within Supply Chain
- To supervise the completion of deviation and CAPA reports within Supply Chain ensuring full root cause analysis is completed and corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner.
- To be responsible for the self-inspection plan for Supply Chain conducting and approving audits together with the Regulatory Controller.
- To conduct external audits of critical suppliers relating to GDP/GMP activities.
- To work with the Health and Safety team to ensure a safe working environment.
- To be an active participant/ leader in continuous improvement activities within Supply Chain.
- Be educated to a level standard or equivalent vocational qualifications.
- A Quality Management qualification.
- Proven experience in Quality Management.
- To be able to work with other cross functional teams.
- Strong manager and leadership potential .
- Experience in writing and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
