Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring all promotions relevant are planned into the print runs and delivered in time to stores ahead of launch
  • Ensuring POS allocations for each store are as accurate and up to date as possible and right POS delivered to each store
  • Working very close with buying and merchandising departments to ensure all POS created has the correct information and products
  • Working closely with and briefing the in-house designers in the design & development of all promotional artwork across the two brands
  • Working closely with IT to set up promotions and ensuring full implementation ahead of launch
  • Communication with stores daily / weekly / monthly about anything relating to POS
  • Liaising with external print houses in the production of printed marketing material
  • Line manager responsibility for the Promotions Admin Assistant
Requirements
  • Must have experience of delivering to tight deadlines – this role is business critical and there is the potential to have dramatic and damaging effects if not done correctly.
  • Must have an understanding of how to increase efficiency in processes and seek out ways to improve what we are doing now to make things run more smoothly.
  • Must have office experience and be used to working in busy, and at time frantic environments where priorities must be juggled effectively and under pressure.
  • A hardworking doer who will get on with stuff under their own steam, generating their own work structure, processes and intermediate deadlines to make sure everything is delivered on time and correctly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, as this job requires the person to work between Buying, Merchandising, Retail, Web and Visual Merchandising teams.
