Responsibilities
- Ensure individual and team targets and objectives are achieved or exceeded.
- To manage and complete customer orders, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs)
- To maintain a high degree of customer contact, managing all enquiries/communications.
- To support the wider Staples selling team (incl Print Sales and Commercial Manager, Print Business Development Manager and Strategic Account Leader with all new sales opportunities)
- To promote and achieve EasyPrint growth targets, from within existing Staples customers.
- To effectively maintain a healthy commercial and operational stock profile.
- The ability to plan ahead, and to efficiently manage administrative duties related to the role.
- Ability to manage and analyse data with numerical understanding.
- Previous experience in a print or print-management environment.
- Experience of managing a wide portfolio of print related products.
- Successfully delivering targets consistently in a very competitive market place.
- Operating in a highly competitive and dynamic environment.
- A track record of continuous sales achievement.
- Influencing buying in target customers.
- Ability to identify and work with relevant business resources.
- Ability to multi-task and priorities according to impact.
- Excellent negotiating skills with a strong commercial and financial awareness.
- Solid communication and active listening skills with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Self-motivated with the ability to operate collectively.
- Excellent keyboard and MS Office skills.
- SAP (or similar) ERP, relevant print MIS and/or online print systems knowledge beneficial.
