Key responsibilities 

  • Deliver the approved audit plan nationally including facilities, stock, health and safety, open-close procedures and fire safety
  • Provide specific feedback and guidance to retail management teams following showroom audits
  • Provide details development plans for retail management to improve facility standards
  • Support the delivery of on-going health & safety training to the Retail estate
  • Contributing to the development of the auditing plan for showrooms
  • Support the opening of new showrooms by implementing key operations standards
  • Report audit performance to the Showroom Facilities Manager and Retail Operations team
  • Audit of showroom compliance standards in accordance with Wren Kitchens compliance standards
  • Highlight under performing showrooms in accordance with the facility and compliance grading standards
  • Oversee the changeover between managers, this will involve a full store audit with the incoming and outgoing general managers

  • Can travel nationally and stay away from home 2-3 nights a week
  • Training is provided for the successful candidate in;
  • Health & Safety to Nebosh standard
  • Train the Trainer in Evacuation Chairs for training of showroom staff
  • Fire Risk Assessor
  • Fire Door Inspector
