Responsibilities
- Maintain KPI's (key performance indicators).
- Report performance.
- Undertake training as deemed necessary.
- Train and develop others in the team
- Maintain good housekeeping standards.
- Work with fellow technicians to improve processes and overall production effectiveness.
- Escalate stock shortages for the area.
- Ensure all QA systems and working practises are strictly adhered to at all times.
- Troubleshoot, issues as and when required.
