Responsibility
- Working closely with the commercial team to pro-actively generate new leads and opportunities, with an emphasis on key target areas and added value business opportunities.
- Generating and attending high quality appointments with potential customers, with a focus on converting business opportunities.
- Identifying opportunities where our product range and bespoke solutions can benefit the customer.
- Delivering high quality presentations at all levels, promoting DS Smith and the Correx offering.
- Supporting the quotation process, working with the Commercial Team to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Keeping accurate, detailed records of customer contact and results achieved.
- Effective reporting and communication through the use of our Sales Enquiry and CRM systems.
- Supporting to the Customer Care Team in order to achieve a consistently high level of customer contact and support.
- Liaising on a daily basis with your Business Group and update them on any developments, ensuring a high level of team relationships exist.
- Experience in a direct selling role, delivering a high level of result
- High level of motivation to succeed.
- Confident manner, with excellent communication skills.
- High level of commercial, financial and business awareness.
