Responsibility

  • Working closely with the commercial team to pro-actively generate new leads and opportunities, with an emphasis on key target areas and added value business opportunities.
  • Generating and attending high quality appointments with potential customers, with a focus on converting business opportunities.
  • Identifying opportunities where our product range and bespoke solutions can benefit the customer.
  • Delivering high quality presentations at all levels, promoting DS Smith and the Correx offering.
  • Supporting the quotation process, working with the Commercial Team to ensure a high conversion rate.
  • Keeping accurate, detailed records of customer contact and results achieved.
  • Effective reporting and communication through the use of our Sales Enquiry and CRM systems.
  • Supporting to the Customer Care Team in order to achieve a consistently high level of customer contact and support.
  • Liaising on a daily basis with your Business Group and update them on any developments, ensuring a high level of team relationships exist.
