Responsibilities
- Own key transactional, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly operational processes, such as lead management, pipeline management, order management and commissions
- Create and own robust reports & dashboards that measure and track company KPIs and Global Sales metrics
- Report on results, analyse trends and suggest improvements
- Partner with the Sales and Marketing teams’ to ensure that their requirements are accurately represented to the CRM team to ensure the platform is evolved to best support the business, and be an advocate ensuring that the platform is best in class
- Own, manage and implement projects to support the Sales Operations business objectives including systems & tools and process & policy improvements in conjunction with key stakeholders
- Work in partnership with the Sales Team to effectively manage prospect needs and issues to resolution, taking ownership where appropriate
- Assist with the maintenance of accurate data within the CRM for the portfolio of accounts & leads and drive the governance of the Sales Team with regards to timeliness and accuracy of updates
- Assist with new hire sales training on systems, tools & processes
- Be a key point of contact for the Sales Management Team
- Manage and own a sales enablement plan to ensure best practise is well documented and executed consistently across the division
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales operations or commercial operations role
- Organized and can juggle working on multiple different projects at once
- Experience working with Salesforce
