Responsibilities
- Providing operational support, advice and guidance as a compliance specialist
- Maintaining compliance policies, procedures and processes
- Conducting internal audits and other compliance reviews
- Assisting in the completion of client compliance questionnaires and support for client audit site visits
- Implementing corrective actions plans after audits
- Responsible for the supplier approval process
- Contributing to the development and delivery of Compliance Training Plans and material to ensure all employees are aware of and understand their compliance responsibilities
- Maintaining records of data protection/privacy, security, adverse event and other compliance training completed,
Requirements
- Experience of working in a research environment, in healthcare, along with a reasonable understand of data protection and how its applied for market research programmes.
- It would be great if you have an understanding of industry codes of conduct – eg. MRS, EphMRA and BHBIA Code.
- Curious and keeps up to date and informed about pending industry changes, trends, and compliance best practices.

- As you’ll be working with people at all levels across the business, you’ll need to have excellent communication skills (that you can adapt) and the ability to present technical information clearly and influence decision making.
