Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Project Management team including; project scheduling, note taking, co-ordinating client calls, general organisation of documentation, validation of data and reports and keeping systems up to date with activities and client communications
- Help to co-ordinate on-time delivery of pitches and proposals including proof reading and validation of estimates and schedules to support Business Development
- Write and drive social media content plans across the business, working closely with our Product Owners
- Participate in weekly Client Services meetings checking and chasing on action, taking meeting minutes
- Have great attention to detail from reporting to documentation and data
- Have a great working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications. If you have used studio scheduling tools and project management tools such as Trello, Jira that would be an advantage
- Be professional at all times, particularly when managing conflicting priorities
- Able to confidently juggle tasks, have great time management skills and be up for a lot of multi-tasking
