- Assist operational staff in developing and maintaining a specific strategy for each proposal and budget. This includes:
- Identifying key selling points and differentiators,
- Ensuring the proposal has a focus and strategy behind it,
- Ensuring each proposal reads well and as if written by one person rather than many.
- Collect and analyze feasibility data.
- Drive the proposal writing process, ensuring all contributors are clear in what they have been asked to provide and that inputs are delivered with sufficient time to review and edit.
- Provide process improvement ideas to streamline the proposal development process.
