Responsibilities

  • Ensure that operating standards for H&S are in place;
  • Engage with all internal customers, logistics and invoicing departments. Demonstrate a can-do approach as a lead service provider;
  • Quality management; using continuous improvement metrics including productivity, performance and accuracy measures. Review and develop all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
  • Manage projects; optimization of space and layout. Develop automation solutions and material flow improvements.
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent;
  • Proven warehouse and logistics managerial experience within a FMCG / manufacturing environment;
  • Comprehensive knowledge of / and operational experience of warehousing and logistics functions.

  • Strong leadership, motivational, ability to coach and develop members of your team
