Responsibilities

  • Be the point of contact for supply chain and regional teams (downstream) for key launches, capsules and events (eg. Strategy, distribution, launch dates, product list, process, etc).
  • Responsible for raising, ringfencing and releasing orders in SAP system for key launches and proactively participate in managing stock for store openings and events, monitor and prioritise deliveries.
  • Coordinate activities with the regions and supply chain teams for allocation, delivery creation, and shipment from hubs to stores to ensure on-time successful launches. Ensure the progress of key launches and capsules is followed through and take actions to address the problems that arise.
  • Support in ensuring there is a balanced/proportional hub allocation for key launch products between wholesale and retail when there is partial shipment from vendor.
  • Sharing product availability reports to downstream teams and work with Supply Chain Analytics team on reporting improvement. Use reports’ results to define actions to improve product availability for launches.
  • Centrally gather Downstream information if needed (e.g. Priority list within region, outbound Hub Cut off dates per ship to, customs restrictions).
  • Responsible Hub to Hub related to key launches.
  • Apply project management skills into key launch projects (eg. keep track of owners and actions).
  • Liaise with Digital & Client Engagement & Retail teams on events and presentations in stores. Liaise with all the necessary parties to make a successful launch of capsules.
  • Update Order Management team on any updates from downstream on key launches and capsules.
  • This will be your core responsibilities and your support might be needed for other projects or activities (eg. single pool management and hub to hubs order processing).

Requirements
  • Understanding of order lifecycle activities
  • Supply Chain and logistics knowledge and experience
  • Working knowledge of managing orders on SAP an advantage
  • Highly analytical with advanced Excel skills and computer literacy.
