Responsibilities
- Work alongside the leadership team to define operational requirements
- Support with the implementation of new strategies and initiatives in order to meet or exceed targets
- Manage performance through the effective development and training of operational colleagues
- Maintain a safe working environment and promote a positive team dynamic
Requirements
- Experience of managing a large, fast-paced team in a logistics environment
- The ability to effectively lead a team and communicate at all levels
- Strong organisational, planning and labour optimisation skills
- Exposure to distribution and inventory management
