Responsibilities
- You will work on corporate matters, including M&A transactions, joint ventures, investments, public company compliance and general corporate work
- You will work on material business projects across the group
- You will support various business divisions with general commercial contracts including those entered into with the brand and boutique partners
- You will assist on ’business as usual’ terms and conditions such as payment processing, delivery logistics and treasury
- You will work with on contract capture and management
Requirements
- An English or US law qualified lawyer with 1-2 years’ PQE as a corporate / commercial lawyer
- Excellent private practice training and experience from a top tier law firm • You ideally have some prior in-house exposure.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Passionate about fast moving consumer-led businesses
- Team player who is driven, forward thinking, robust, innovative and agile, with commercial acumen
