Responsibilities
- To be able to use hand held scanners and other essential IT Equipment to pick and pack orders for Retail, Wholesale and Online Customers
- Achieving targets and all daily delivery deadlines
- Carry out additional duties and take on extra responsibilities as and when required
- Flexibility to work in different areas of the MEDC maintaining a clear communication network with Team leaders and liaise with internal departments as necessary
- Be vigilant and maintain company security and health and safety standards
- Ability to follow direction and be a good Team player
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience of running warehouse operations, and managing staff with ability to sustain, motivate and develop.
- Able to multi task and achieve deadlines.
- Previous experience of inventory control.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) function (M3 advantageous)
- Awareness and/or skills in lean techniques; practicable improvements to workflow, work processes and efficiencies

- Flexibility and adaptability in any situation on a day to day basis
- Willingness to learn and capability to keep calm under pressure
- Attention to detail and a good eye for quality
- Confidence in using a PC and basic skills in excel and word. Manhattan and Prima knowledge would be an advantage
