Responsibilities

  • Generation of the demand plan and sales
  • Coordinate with the sales teams for monthly forecast submission
  • Monthly/Seasonal forecast review and hindsight for Franchise and Wholesale
  • Collaborate with Sales team for Seasonal Phasing Analysis Pre and Post-Handover
  • Support the business with Seasonal Customer Priorities analysis and implementation
  • Measure In -season Order adjustments vs Market orders (Root Cause Analysis)
  • Support the Budgeting process
  • Monthly coordination with international Retail teams on promotion timings, distribution tactics, sales periods, regional sales trends, planned intake and stock covers
  • Ensure regular inputs from the Regional merchandisers to ensure that enough context is received from the Regional retail teams to build the demand plan
  • Develop new reports and analysis as required by the business
  • Prepare, issue and maintain Reporting Suite to the business on a Weekly/Monthly/ Seasonal basis
  • Maintain planning data/ fields within various systems: TXT, Business Objects (Analysis Tool) and off-line models

Requirements
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • High level of numeracy and advanced Excel skills
  • The ability to assume responsibility for tasks and workload, and work using own initiative

  • Ability to achieve high levels of accuracy with detailed analysis, whilst working within a deadline driven environment
