Responsibilities
- Generation of the demand plan and sales
- Coordinate with the sales teams for monthly forecast submission
- Monthly/Seasonal forecast review and hindsight for Franchise and Wholesale
- Collaborate with Sales team for Seasonal Phasing Analysis Pre and Post-Handover
- Support the business with Seasonal Customer Priorities analysis and implementation
- Measure In -season Order adjustments vs Market orders (Root Cause Analysis)
- Support the Budgeting process
- Monthly coordination with international Retail teams on promotion timings, distribution tactics, sales periods, regional sales trends, planned intake and stock covers
- Ensure regular inputs from the Regional merchandisers to ensure that enough context is received from the Regional retail teams to build the demand plan
- Develop new reports and analysis as required by the business
- Prepare, issue and maintain Reporting Suite to the business on a Weekly/Monthly/ Seasonal basis
- Maintain planning data/ fields within various systems: TXT, Business Objects (Analysis Tool) and off-line models
Requirements
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- High level of numeracy and advanced Excel skills
- The ability to assume responsibility for tasks and workload, and work using own initiative

- Ability to achieve high levels of accuracy with detailed analysis, whilst working within a deadline driven environment
