Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing new features and functionality
- Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture
- Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS
- Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin.
- Working with the Product Owner to develop a strong search strategy for the respective product(s)
- Understand business requirements and convert them to a solution design
- Code the design together with other developers from the team
- To work alongside other developers and designers, discuss work and requirements through JIRA
- To monitor the quality of code, while fulfilling the tasks to a high standard
- Understand business requirements and convert them to a solution design
- Do code reviews and ensure high standard of code quality
- Work on revising and developing data-crunching algorithms
- Deploy your code to live environments
Skills & Experience Required
- HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- WordPress
- Laravel
- Solid knowledge of GitHub
- Web service development experience
- Experience with GIT and Jenkins is a plus
- DevOps experience is a plus
- Strong experience in web development together with experience with server-side and client-side application development
- Excellent command and experience using Symphony and PHP
- Solid knowledge of RestAPI architecture
