Responsibilities
- Provided day to day support of the voice and data network, the video conference and cabling systems
- Providing technical support to telephone and email requests
- Implementation and support of Servers, Switches and Routers
- Assist with IT systems including new installations and redeployment of systems
- Provide a professional, courteous and rapid response to individual users
Experience and Skills required
- Excellent understanding of technology and network systems
- Managing network environments
- Experience in building and implementing Servers
- Knowledge of IP based distributed telephone systems
- Background of solving problems in a complex ICT environment
