Responsibilities
  • Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Serve as an interface into the research team and software engineering team.
  • Collaborate with researchers, developers and SME’s to establish the technical and/or project vision.
  • Facilitate production of requirements using document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis. Must be capable of filling in the gaps in the requirements from your own experience.
  • Managing risk & issues whilst communicating contingency plans to stakeholders.
  • Driving project requirements, liaising with teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Monitoring project progress, managing and monitoring budgets and reporting accordingly
  •  Resource management and planning

Requirements

Knowledge
  • Knowledge of project management approaches and tools, such as Agile/ Waterfall, JIRA
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle
  • Passion for learning
  • Experience
  • A minimum of three years’ experience in a project management role and experience working in an agile environment
  • Project management experience including stakeholder management and managing cross functional teams
  • Project reporting experience including status updates and RAID logs
  • Experience of successfully delivering systems/implementation
  • Capable of owning and managing projects end-to-end.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both documents and presentations) and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Experience working with technical software development teams
  • Experience with 3rd party stakeholders is desirable.
