Responsibilities
- Read & understand drawings by Structural Engineers and Architects.
- To assist with Site Surveys.
- 2D & 3D CAD Modelling using Advance Steel of structural and architectural steelworks such as portal frames, mezzanine floors, staircases and balustrade.
- General Assembly drawings in Auto-cad / Advance Steel.
- Assembly and part drawings in Auto-cad / Advance Steel.
- Liaising with clients, structural engineers, architects and fabricators.
- Raising RFIs for missing information.
- Identify changes in design information and raising variation of services.
Requirements
- Experience as a steel detailer essential - minimum 1 years’ experience [Desirable].
- Trained in any of the following AutoCAD & Advance Steel
- Experience in/with the fabrication industry.
- Using hand measurement tools such as lasers to measure site.
