Responsibilities
- Ability to understand a client or prospect’s business, situations, opportunities, problems and key issues
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with clients, understanding their insurance needs and ensuring that these are fulfilled
- Understand changes in client circumstances to ensure that the cover provided continues to match their needs
- Ability to manage relationships and negotiate placement with the insurance market
- Prepare client and prospect presentations considering the impact of client profitability
- Work with Account Executives, the Wordings team and the Sales Team in determining appropriate solutions and structuring and pricing the deal
- Identify appropriate markets and determine placing strategy
- Create and grow relationships with underwriters in London and international markets
- Check policies, market presentations and client documentation as appropriate
- Participate in information gathering exercises.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with WTW guidelines and procedures.
- Ensure good relationships and communication with other WTW associates
- Develop and demonstrate proficiency for all relevant systems including Placing Platform Limited (PPL), Document Management System (DMS) and Fair Market Appraisal (FMA)
The Requirements
- Fluent Italian speaker
- A proven track record in Insurance Broking or Underwriting is essential
- Knowledge/experience of the Italian insurance market
- Preferably ACII qualified or working towards the ACII qualification
- Preferably educated to degree level or relevant industry experience

- Must be prepared to work with integrity and openness, complying at all times with FCA requirements.
- Ability to represent the practice and Willis Towers Watson with integrity and credibility
