Core Responsibilities

  • Good client relationship skills to help maintain existing client basis and contribute to growth.
Profit & Finance 
  • Processing payments in collaboration with the team, these are payment up to £1m so attention to detail is essential.
Operations & Risk 
  • Supporting the team in serving client needs which will include broking smaller risks to underwriters.
People & Teams 
  • A multitasker with a flexible approach, as this is a smaller team each member team member has a wide remit.
Qualifications: Knowledge & Experience:
  • Experience of working in the insurance market, preferably with a broker.
  • An understanding of the structure of an insurance policy and thorough knowledge of insurance terminology.
Skills & Personal Qualities:
  • Communication skills, analysis, attention to detail. Strong IT skills including MS Office and OpenGI.
