Responsibilities
To support production within the cleanroom and injection moulding environments by conducting regular tool changes, using a variety of polymers and troubleshooting quality and productivity concerns as well as focusing on safety, quality standards such as FDA, 6s, costs and delivery.
Qualification
- Knowledge of injection moulding processes and materials
- Demonstrable experience of working in a cleanroom environment
- Job knowledge of injection moulding setting/processing
- Knowledge of process optimisation techniques
- Formal training in thermoplastic processing
- Robotic and automation experience
- Knowledge of SMED and lean manufacturing (desirable)
- Able to operate an overhead crane
