Responsibilities
- To deliver on our brand promise by maintaining our high standards of cleanliness in our guest rooms, public and back of house areas
- To demonstrate excellent time keeping and completes duties assigned.
- To ensure that bedroom and bathrooms are well presented, cleaning and tiding an allocated section of bedrooms to the company standards.
- To report all maintenance defect using MMS (Maintenance management system)
- To act in a responsible way to insure the security of guests belongings, including the return and logging of all lost property.
- To work in an accurate way to record contract cleaning, linen changes etc.
- To look after all equipment & facilities.
Requirements
- Be a passionate, motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic Room Attendant.
- A good command of the English language.
- To have effective organizational skills and a pro detail attitude.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- To be a team player.
- Experience as a Room Attendant in a 4-5 star hotel is a plus.
