Responsibilities

  • To deliver on our brand promise by maintaining our high standards of cleanliness in our guest rooms, public and back of house areas
  • To demonstrate excellent time keeping and completes duties assigned.
  • To ensure that bedroom and bathrooms are well presented, cleaning and tiding an allocated section of bedrooms to the company standards.
  • To report all maintenance defect using MMS (Maintenance management system)
  • To act in a responsible way to insure the security of guests belongings, including the return and logging of all lost property.
  • To work in an accurate way to record contract cleaning, linen changes etc.
  • To look after all equipment & facilities.

Requirements
  • Be a passionate, motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic Room Attendant.
  • A good command of the English language.
  • To have effective organizational skills and a pro detail attitude.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • To be a team player.
  • Experience as a Room Attendant in a 4-5 star hotel is a plus.
