Responsibilities
- Become a trusted partner of ground operations team during the activation process
- Drive our Self Operated Hotels set up and activation
- Ensure that hotels meet standards through audits and training
- Ensure that technology is deployed effectively in hotels
- Develop a deep understanding of Hotel technology and different products
- Train hotel owners and staff to operate hotel technology precisely and efficiently
- Travel across the region
Requirements
- Clear track record of success in hotel operations and customer service
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship builder
- Initiative in creating solutions
- Excellent planning and deadline skills
- Background in hospitality is essential
- Ability to travel throughout the UK often at short notice.
