Job Responsibilities

  • Liaise with suppliers and customers via e-mail, phone and ace to face meetings
  • Follow up on product development, orders and shipments
  • Respond to technical and logistics queries
  • Design, manage and update reports in Excel and inhouse database
  • Export data from databases for analysis in Excel
  • Keep the Textiles Director, design and admin teams update with all information
  • Meet with suppliers and customers to discuss strategies and queries
  • Administrative duties including order and invoice processing
Requirements
  • Experience within the Sales Administrator department in the Textile Industry or similar (essential)
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Business or textile degree is highly beneficial
  • Intermediate Microsoft skills in Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Understanding and interest in the manufacturing and design of textiles
  • A full driving licence
