Job Responsibilities
- Liaise with suppliers and customers via e-mail, phone and ace to face meetings
- Follow up on product development, orders and shipments
- Respond to technical and logistics queries
- Design, manage and update reports in Excel and inhouse database
- Export data from databases for analysis in Excel
- Keep the Textiles Director, design and admin teams update with all information
- Meet with suppliers and customers to discuss strategies and queries
- Administrative duties including order and invoice processing
- Experience within the Sales Administrator department in the Textile Industry or similar (essential)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Business or textile degree is highly beneficial
- Intermediate Microsoft skills in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Understanding and interest in the manufacturing and design of textiles
- A full driving licence
