Responsibilities

  • Work with engineers, project managers and other project stakeholders to improve projects delivery through effective problem solving and practical application of Lean Management concepts.
  • Core responsibilities include (co)facilitating meetings and workshops and ensuring smooth flow and weekly or daily tracking of key deliverables, activities and information.
  • The ultimate goal is to increase reliable delivery in order to meet all internal and external milestones.
Requirements
  • Experience in operating in a project environment
  • A Masters (or equivalent) in Lean Management.
  • Strong facilitation skills including excellent listening skills and the ability to empathise with project team and workshop participants
