Responsibilities
- Experience of Moodle will be advantageous but not essential
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software is required
- Experience within the education sector, and an understanding of learning and teaching principles and issues is required
- Experience of providing technical support, training and advice on the VLE and associated systems to users will be required
- You will be confident training and advising a wide ranging user base including academic, technical and non-technical audiences
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and self-management skills
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- High levels of ICT literacy • Good team working and problem solving skills
- A strong commitment to providing excellent support to staff, students and other stakeholders
- Evidence of commitment to CPD
